ME~* Mock Arbitration Experience
Cheat and Kanha registered for an Arbitration Course which encourages me to join. The reason, among others, is that this as an opportunity to spend time with them while developing my own capability.
I enjoyed the first course. I was reluctant the second. Still, I continued until the third!
How glad I did for I enjoyed the mock arbitration experience very much. Too quick but that's the beauty of it.
Being an Arbitrator holds such a huge responsibility i.e. ensuring a fair and just decision (well, subject to the submission of fact and proof by parties anyway).
Preparation continues to win 50%. Master the Fact, master the Law, Master the Rules, Master the Procedure and you'll be fine.
